If you’d like to exchange a product, we accept all items returned in perfect condition. You may exchange items for a different design or product of the same price.
All exchanges are subject to availability. If there is a specific problem with your item, we will be more then happy to make any alterations free of charge.
Returns
TSAR SDN. BHD. prioritizes customer satisfaction with every purchase. Unfortunately, we can only offer a full refund if your product was purchased via our website at full price. We cannot process refunds for sale items. If your bag was bought in-store, please contact our stockists and bring your bag back within 7 days of your purchase. We ask that you return items in perfect condition along with your receipt to the addresses below.
